About the Role:
- Breakwater Investor is seeking an exceptional leader to build out, lead, and scale a distinctive Investor Day Practice.
- This role advises senior executives on using Investor Days to sharpen their equity story and strengthen investor conviction.
The Opportunity:
- Breakwater advises leading public companies, private corporations, and nonprofits on strategic and reputational challenges.
- The Investor practice combines disciplined research, nuanced stakeholder understanding, and strategic counsel tailored to market realities.
Candidate Profile:
- The successful candidate brings deep experience across strategy, capital markets, valuation, and investor communications.
- They will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, and boards to shape strategic narratives and define investment theses.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the practice, including proposition development and business development.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Investor Day engagements, from framing to execution.
- Prepare senior management teams for investor engagement, including presentation coaching and message refinement.
