What You'll Do:
- Partner with enterprise leadership to implement practice management strategies that align with firm-level initiatives.
- Execute strategic goals and create firm-wide programs, including best practice content and scalable adoption frameworks.
- Travel to firm headquarters and industry conferences to lead live practice management sessions.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Align with home office, branch, or regional leadership on enterprise strategy and success roadmapping.
- Design scalable programs and content for advisor enablement, including playbooks and webinars.
- Deliver in-person and virtual sessions, representing Zocks as a subject-matter expert at industry events.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with 3-5+ years in RIA, broker-dealer, or insurance environments, managing complex workflows.
- Experienced in program management, consultative approach, and strategic storytelling with data analysis skills.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and enterprise-level compliance and integration requirements.
