Program Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and manage enterprise-wide peer-to-peer education and speaker program strategy.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and standardized processes.
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on speaker program best practices and compliance.
Speaker Lifecycle & Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end speaker lifecycle from nomination to performance management.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes and efficient workflows.
- Create tools, dashboards, and reporting to track KPIs and program effectiveness.
Compliance & Field Engagement:
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to regulations and FMV requirements.
- Serve as primary operational partner for field sales and marketing teams.
- Foster strong relationships with physician speakers and internal stakeholders.
