Institutional Sales Director or Associate Director

Become a key member of Keyrock’s Institutional Sales business, focused on delivering OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending and Borrowing services to our institutional client base. Client acquisition and management for Institutional relationships (which include hedge funds, VC firms, on/off ramps payment providers, brokers, retail platforms, token issuers and mining companies). Work with our Marketing to help drive institutional strategy and community initiatives (conferences, events). Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development process. Manage and ensure proper reporting structure, both internally and towards clients. Be a driving force to continuously expand Keyrock’s client-facing products and services, in close collaboration with the Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Corporate Sales. Work closely with the rest of Keyrock's team members, in order to incorporate market feedback into existing businesses.
