About the Role:
- Reddit's Finance team is seeking a Growth Strategic Finance Senior Manager to drive high-impact initiatives from ideation to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue, focusing on consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing.
- Build models, forecasts, and business cases to guide planning, investment, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and present strategic growth initiatives to influence decisions and drive change.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with SQL a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis and workflow automation, with sound judgment in validating outputs.
