Job Description

Technical & Platform Support: Serve as the first line of support for school staff, troubleshoot issues related to iPads and app connectivity, and escalate complex issues to other teams.

School Staff Engagement: Build positive rapport with school users, provide walkthroughs of processes, and reinforce confidence in Hazel services.

Account Setup & Access Management: Assist in verifying school users, facilitate requests to add new users, and monitor changes to school hours and availability.

Operational Readiness & Incident Response: Monitor school readiness, respond quickly to support requests, and coordinate across internal teams to minimize visit disruptions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring support issues, assist in testing process changes, and contribute to the development of internal knowledge articles.
