What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architecture, and Engineering teams to establish technical standards and reusable solutions.
  • Identify development bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
  • Support the evolution of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET and solid experience with scalable backend systems.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Go (Golang) and Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
  • Background in building AI agents, MCP integrations, workflows, or AI-powered automations.
  • Experience in identity solutions, security, or fraud prevention.
