This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem and connected systems effectively support operational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure business processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with company objectives. The role involves requirements gathering & analysis, solution design, documentation, governance & compliance, stakeholder communication, and optimization.
