Language Lead for Korean Life Sciences Translation

The Language Lead for Korean Life Sciences Translation requires a strong background in Life Sciences translation, particularly clinical research documents, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy of deliverables. You will translate, post-edit, or review complex documents from English into Korean. You will work closely with Quality, Program Squads, Talent, KO suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide precise language support for clinical research-related matters. Responsibilities include performing English into Korean review tasks, planning and performing LQAs, maintaining linguistic assets, monitoring KO spend, and supporting the Quality team. You will also provide support to onboard new KO clinical research linguists, respond to queries from KO suppliers, engage in business review meetings, help create style guides, and support assessment teams. You'll recommend linguistic resources based on data of quality, OTD, language strategy, capacity needs, content specialty, and client requirements. Maintaining familiarity with Korean medicinal products, medical device, and clinical research regulations is essential.
