- Leading change and communications for VA modernization focused on Agile and Atlassian adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, stakeholder maps, communications plans, and adoption metrics.
- Create briefings, FAQs, newsletters, and manage a change-champion network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s plus 4+ years of change/communications experience and Prosci or CCMP certification.
- Federal communications experience and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
