The Opportunity:
- Manage facility credentialing and privileging for providers across SNFs nationwide for telehealth.
- Remote role; coordinate submissions, compliance files, and EMR access to support patient care.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare, track, and follow up on credentialing applications and facility packets.
- Maintain provider files, perform PCC login audits, and resolve access/compliance issues with facilities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years healthcare credentialing; SNF, telehealth, or multi-state experience required.
- Knowledge of provider enrollment, privileging, and compliance; PCC/EMR experience a plus.
