Senior Manager of Compliance

Help build and maintain the trust our customers place in us every day. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our products, communications, and everything we create meet regulatory standards as we work to accomplish our mission of looking after the financial best interests of the up-and-coming. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in executing all aspects of Acorns’ compliance program. You’ll play a critical role in helping shape our compliance strategy, keeping us aligned with regulations, reviewing marketing communications, and working closely with our business partners across the organization. Manage day-to-day compliance activities, including the review of marketing materials and public communications. Assist with regulatory examinations, inquiries, and requests from relevant authorities. Review and modify policies and procedures with respect to marketing and advertising, as well as updating the Broker-Dealer Written Supervisory Procedures and Investment Adviser Compliance Manual, in response to regulatory and/or business requirements.
