Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal teams to craft strategic solutions, including proposals and SOWs, tailored to client needs.
- Build relationships with leaders across the employee benefits technology ecosystem to expand partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, with at least 1-2 years in inside sales or business development.
- Insurance or healthcare industry knowledge and experience selling in benefits or HR technology are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and platforms like Employee Navigator or UKG, with strong communication and project management skills.

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to presenting solutions that improve employee experience and deliver value.
- Position T2B's expertise in HR/benefit technology, including data management and consolidated self-billing services.
- Become the go-to expert on enrollment technology, point solutions, and modern file management for clients.
