About the Team:

• This team builds agentic AI and enterprise-scale search systems that power Now Assist and AI Agents.
• They prioritize robustness, performance, safety, and real-world customer impact at scale.

Types of problems you’ll get to work on:

• You will design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems embedded across ServiceNow's platform.
• Your core focus areas include agentic architecture and enterprise-grounded reasoning.

Qualifications:

• You have 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• You have hands-on depth designing and shipping agentic systems in production.
