Manage multiple active projects/sites simultaneously from mobilization through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client timelines and site readiness.
Coordinate startup, commissioning, and warranty service activities across field teams.

Field & Resource Coordination:

Partner with dispatch and operations teams to ensure proper technician allocation and utilization.
Align staffing levels with project demand and schedule requirements.
Monitor field productivity and address gaps in performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly and consistently.
Ensure strong client relationships and professional representation on all sites.

Financial & Cost Control:

Track project costs including labor, travel, and materials.
Ensure alignment with budget expectations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
