Role Overview:
- As the Client Services Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day execution for Google-partnered YouTube programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a seamless, responsive client experience.
- Drive the successful execution of program milestones, including stakeholder discovery and data diagnostics.
- Foster clarity around priorities and responsibilities across cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in Client Services, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder engagements and driving accountability across teams.
