Account Strategist (B2B)

What You’ll Do:

• Build trusted client partnerships by serving as a primary day-to-day contact, leading meetings, providing proactive updates, and managing escalations.
• Turn client needs into action by translating feedback and objectives into clear direction for Project Management, Creative Strategy, and Production teams.
• Keep delivery on track by maintaining visibility across multiple campaigns, partnering with your Project Manager to monitor timelines and remove blockers.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of client-facing account management or client services experience within a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Experience managing enterprise or B2B clients with confidence navigating complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and proficiency with Asana or similar project management platforms.
