About the role:
- You will join our newly established ERP Application Management organization and take ownership of business-critical Supply Chain ERP applications.
- You will ensure stable, reliable, and efficient ERP operations while continuously improving application quality.
About your tasks:
- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of Supply Chain ERP applications, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations and collaborate with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics.
About you:
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within an ERP environment.
- You enjoy analyzing complex issues and driving sustainable improvements.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
