Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and TA.
Source proactively using LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS, and local platforms; map fintech talent pools.
Ensure excellent candidate communication, scheduling, and compliant pipeline tracking.

Qualifications:

5+ years as Senior Recruiter with strong mass hiring and 360 recruitment experience.
Proven experience recruiting Marketing and Sales within fintech, FX, CFD, or crypto.
Strong Business English, remote accountability, and familiarity with regional markets.
