As a Scaled Account Manager, you will own a large book of mid-market customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal process while uncovering expansion opportunities. You’ll function at the intersection of account management and sales development—renewing accounts quickly and effectively while surfacing growth potential for the broader Mid-Market Account Management team. Your ability to balance efficiency, discovery, and customer engagement will be critical to Fleetio’s growth in this customer segment.
You will manage a high-volume book of accounts across Fleetio’s lower mid-market segment. You will proactively contact every renewing customer to ensure a timely and positive renewal experience. You will conduct efficient discovery conversations to identify expansion potential within renewing accounts.
When growth opportunities are uncovered, qualify and pass leads to Mid-Market Account Managers with detailed notes and context to enable successful expansion. For customers with limited expansion potential, execute renewals quickly and efficiently, and with minimal friction. You will achieve and exceed renewal rate targets (NRR) while ensuring smooth customer transitions at renewal. Operate with speed and precision in managing renewals, leveraging tools and processes to handle high-volume workflows effectively. Act as the first line of strategic engagement for many customers, setting the stage for deeper partnership growth.
