As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to showcase the power of Cresta to potential customers. In this role you will provide technical insights and solutioning to stakeholders both internal and external by understanding customers technical requirements. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop the business case for the prospect during the sales cycle. You also will act as liaison between sales, the customer and Crestaβs technical teams.
Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting it to Cresta technical requirements. Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to discover and understand the prospect's situation and the challenges that they are experiencing. Problems solving for potential customers and demonstrating the value of Cresta product is a must.
