ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Define and lead Phantom’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and results.
  • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-8 years of experience with a proven ability leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution.
  • Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools.
