You'll need to be a people person, with great sales skills, so active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer. The team manages inbound calls from potential customers who are enquiring about services, existing customers looking to cancel or add services.
As an advisor, expect to meet call handling KPIs, hit sales targets, manage outstanding tasks and attend training and upskilling sessions.
