Job Description

Rad AI is seeking a Radiology Clinical Support Specialist to bridge the gap between the clinical team and customers, ensuring radiologists get maximum value from our AI-powered reporting solutions. You will work directly with our Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIOs) to deliver support to our rapidly growing physician customer base. Responsibilities include providing Tier 2 & 3 clinical support for radiologists using Rad AI Reporting, conducting virtual training sessions, fixing/optimizing reporting templates, and translating workflow needs into actionable product feedback. You will also provide go-live support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have active licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA/RA-ARRT), or Radiology Practitioner Assistant (RPA/CBRPA) with radiology clinical experience as well as a strong understanding of radiology terminology, procedures, and report structures.
