Offshore Finance Officer Philippines

Role Purpose:

• Provide accurate, efficient, and reliable financial support to the onshore finance team.
• Ensure compliance and financial accuracy across operations.
• Support month-end closing procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions including invoice matching and billing.
• Reconcile bank statements, corporate credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense report reviews.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
• Strong Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
