Project Ownership & Planning:
- Take primary ownership of domain systems, processes, integrations, and data architecture.
- Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning to establish clear team goals.
- Coordinate backlog refinement with Product Owners to ensure development readiness.
Performance & Metrics Analysis:
- Analyze velocity, capacity, and throughput to measure squad performance.
- Monitor sprint burndown charts and release burnup trends to identify delivery patterns.
- Balance workload to ensure sustainable output without burnout.
Stakeholder & Team Communication:
- Organize sprint reviews and demos to showcase progress to stakeholders.
- Lead retrospectives to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for progress, risks, and issues.
