Overview:
- Strategic Growth Director to lead federal capture and business development in support of DoD and national security missions.
- Focus growth efforts across mission support, security, and force protection initiatives, with emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and multi-domain operations.
- Full-time opportunity.
Work Scope:
- Identify, qualify, and shape early-stage DoD acquisition opportunities by building and managing a forward-looking capture pipeline.
- Engage directly with customers to understand mission needs, priorities, and pain points, both virtually and onsite.
- Expand contract vehicles—including IDIQs, GWACs, MACs, BPAs, OTAs, and task-order vehicles—to accelerate pipeline growth, shorten cycles, and increase win rates across DoD and IC customers.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal business development and capture roles supported by a bachelor’s degree and established DoD customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale DoD and Intelligence Community capture efforts as both a prime and subcontractor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and Government stakeholders.
