Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, multithreaded relationships with customer stakeholders and lead executive business reviews.
  • Drive platform adoption and customer engagement through consultative guidance and create tailored success plans.
  • Monitor usage, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies to ensure customer value realization.

Qualifications:

  • Required 3+ years in Customer Success with Enterprise clients, preferably in HR tech or SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with diverse organizational structures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with Salesforce, Pendo & Gong experience as a plus.
