Responsibilities:
- Build strong, multithreaded relationships with customer stakeholders and lead executive business reviews.
- Drive platform adoption and customer engagement through consultative guidance and create tailored success plans.
- Monitor usage, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies to ensure customer value realization.
Qualifications:
- Required 3+ years in Customer Success with Enterprise clients, preferably in HR tech or SaaS.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with diverse organizational structures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with Salesforce, Pendo & Gong experience as a plus.
