Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager

Liquidity Provider & Market Maker Management:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships from prospecting to optimization across all product verticals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with Tier-1 and Tier-2 market makers and OTC desks.
• Monitor and analyze liquidity quality metrics such as spread, depth, and fill rates to improve execution performance.

Predictions & RWA Liquidity Development:

• Lead the liquidity strategy for prediction markets, structuring market-making relationships and defining spread requirements.
• Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized asset issuers and institutional counterparties.
• Work with Product and Trading teams to ensure deep, resilient order books from Day 1 for new listings.

Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Set and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue, volume, and spread targets tied to liquidity provider activity.
• Partner with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams for seamless onboarding and regulatory alignment.
