You will be at the forefront of driving the Technical Implementation strategy behind the deployment and scaling of our revolutionary Game Warden platform—an industry-leading tool that is accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government. Own the post-sale transition from Sales to Technical Onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design, implement, and improve onboarding processes. Translate complex customer requirements into system/process designs and ensure alignment with technical architecture. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding journey, including status tracking, project updates, and internal knowledge sharing.
