Job Description
Revenue Generation:
- Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets set in commission plans.
- Deliver timely and accurate territory forecasts.
- Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage key relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels.
- Maintain a CRM database with up-to-date information.
- Provide customer feedback on Twist Bioscience products and identify unmet needs.
Market Awareness:
- Maintain and raise awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Provide customer feedback and introduce new product ideas to internal partners.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows.
