Senior Product Manager

Product Strategy:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Work with the VP of Product and occasionally the CTO to ensure strategic direction.
• Ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Agile Backlog Management:

• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure stories align with sprint goals and team capacity.
• Collaborate with developers, QE, DevOps, and UX.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with engineering, project management, and commercial teams to gather insights and define user stories.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure products reduce engineering toil and increase quality and market share.
• Act as a change agent from Alpha to General Availability.

Data-Driven Innovation:

• Leverage data and KPIs to drive product improvements and decisions.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, especially agentic and generative AI, and pilot new concepts.
• Think outside the box and share innovative ideas with the development team.
