Adv Lab Services Supervisor I

In this role, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members, ensuring achievement of performance goals and objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, VWR services, and VWR sales teams to maintain seamless communication and service delivery. Delivering training and acting as a backup for associates to ensure operational continuity. Managing departmental budgets, reviewing, and approving expense reports. Analyzing customer data and preparing detailed performance reports. Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering professional growth and development. The role involves defining and monitoring departmental goals aligned with corporate objectives, tracking and reporting performance metrics against established targets, and developing and implementing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and profitability across Advanced Laboratory Services.
