Product and Regional Risk Manager

The Team:

• The Enterprise Risk Team acts as a strategic second line of defense, working cross-functionally to ensure operations align with the company's risk appetite.
• This role serves as the designated Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) for a regulated entity and is accountable for the enterprise risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and maintain risk assessments across product lines and regional entities, identifying exposures and recommending controls.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise risk taxonomy, risk appetite framework, and key risk indicator (KRI) reporting.
• Drive proactive identification of emerging risks and leverage GRC tools for data-driven monitoring and automation.

Qualifications:

• Requires 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within financial services, fintech, crypto, or top-tier consulting.
• Must have a solid understanding of risk frameworks, assessment methodologies, and digital asset markets, including MiCAR obligations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for presenting findings to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
