Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operations of care coordination and aids to successful delivery of department KPI’s.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the Care Coordination team and other internal partners.
- Acts as a point of escalation for troubleshooting provider inquiries and technical issues.
Qualifications Expected for Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry required.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization.
