As Manager, Specialty Operations (ACA), your primary objective is to lead, manage, and inspire a team that delivers exceptional service and compliance support across Affordable Care Act (ACA) functional areas. This position oversees transactional back-office functions that support the broader scope of benefits administration, ensuring clients remain compliant with ACA regulations and reporting requirements. Drive execution, operational excellence, and a consistent, high-quality client experience through proactive leadership, accountability, and strong team engagement. Responsible for leading operational teams responsible for 1094/1095 form processing and IRS submission. Monitor team capacity, deliverables, and performance daily to ensure timely completion of work, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports fostering professional growth and accountability.
