- Support training on additional platforms: CenterPoint Connect, Sage Intacct, and others.
- Develop and maintain a library of SOPs, how-to videos, and quick-reference guides.
New Employee Technology Onboarding:
- Own the tech stack component of new hire onboarding at the corporate level.
- Build a repeatable, scalable onboarding program that gets new employees productive fast.
Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with leadership and operations to identify process inefficiencies across the organization.
- Document and standardize workflows; lead CI initiatives as the function matures.
- Apply structured methodology (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent) in a practical, construction-appropriate way.
