Develop and execute the company’s commercial operations strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations (forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and incentive programs), leading the development of pricing and contract frameworks, monitoring revenue performance, and acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success. Building and optimizing commercial processes, systems, and infrastructure will be crucial to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate will lead and develop a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
