You will serve as the bridge between a cutting-edge Identity and Access Management platform and its clients, guiding implementations from initial configuration to full deployment. The role requires deep attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. You will collaborate closely with client teams, ensuring that their unique requirements are met while maintaining best practices. This position provides opportunities to grow as a subject matter expert, influence IAM/IGA implementations, and contribute to solutions that strengthen security and compliance for financial institutions. Accountabilities: Partner with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for IAM/IGA platform implementations. Configure SaaS-based systems to align with customer-specific needs and business workflows. Map data between disparate systems and implement access control policies. Perform light querying, scripting, and technical customization to support successful deployments. Provide responsive, professional support throughout the implementation process. Document client configurations and contribute to best practices, tools, and processes for future implementations. Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform and its middleware components.
