GIS-Remote Sensing-QA

Role Overview:

• Analyze high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery to identify, classify, and assess physical features and changes.
• Support geospatial quality assurance and help ensure spatial datasets are accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare multi-temporal imagery, validate features against reference data, and document discrepancies.
• Use QGIS and ArcGIS for digitization, spatial analysis, and geospatial data management.
• Prepare and manage datasets in formats such as SHP, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON, and GeoTIFF.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in GIS, remote sensing, or satellite imagery interpretation.
• Strong visual interpretation skills and proficiency with QGIS/ArcGIS.
• Experience with QA/QC, change detection, and urban imagery interpretation is preferred.
