Strategic Event Management:

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated event strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
  • Oversee onsite event logistics, serving as the primary point of contact to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Track and report event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight and Vendor Management:

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure event locations.
  • Bring financial acumen with experience managing mid-to-large-scale budgets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Creativity:

  • Integrate events with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social, PR, and communications.
  • Inspire creativity in the team, fostering innovative approaches to engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Bring strong collaboration and cross-functional alignment skills.
