Job Description

Join the team as Twilio’s next Sales Specialist. You will have a quota and will be responsible for a selected number of strategic accounts that are also some of Twilio’s largest customers. You will be focused on driving commercial and operational success within these accounts by leading and partnering with other internal stakeholders to define the strategy and execution plan to help grow your account’s expenditure profitably. In this role, you’ll:Develop and drive strategy to achieve optimized profitability within account territory. Ruthlessly prioritize by identifying opportunities to maximize profitability. Own pricing strategy and execution, working closely with routing specialists to maximize volume aggregation and account health. Provide regular performance reports to management on sales pipeline, account status, and team performance. Use data to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Cultivate relationships with internal partners and key stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and quality improvements. Work with cross-functional stakeholders and technical team to ensure that messaging solutions meet client needs and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize deep understanding of the messaging ecosystem to support and drive success with high-value clients. Represent Twilio and our values with customers at industry events.
