CNO’s HR Intern program introduces college students to the application of HR and Organizational Development skills in insurance. As an HR Organizational Development (OD) Intern, responsibilities include managing the intern program, collaborating with HR to promote CNO's summer internship program, and assisting in organizing the Annual National Intern Day Event. Interns will participate in networking events, career counseling, and insurance product presentations. Qualified candidates will be working towards a bachelor's degree, have experience with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
