Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst part of our growing Data & AI team, you will work closely with customers to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other technical stakeholders, to ensure data quality and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and user requirements Develop process flows, use cases, and analytical artifacts to support solution design Write and manage complex user stories in Jira for the product feature set Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, acceptance tests, and analytics requirements. Manage the analytics SDK backlog and represent requirements for new capabilities Partner with the development team to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure end-to-end delivery Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, including video-product usage analytics Leverage data insights to inform decisions and drive product enhancements Design and implement reporting dashboards and utilize analytics tools to uncover insights Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and quality Track trends and monitor errors using test analytics to ensure high-quality releases Partner with developers to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement Execute tests and triage defects based on impact and priority.
