Account Executive

Support projects and programs as directed by senior management on the team. This is an opportunity to support client and new business development efforts across a range clients, using your communications training and experience to improve health and make a difference. May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director by taking notes with input and/or planning meetings. Note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to appropriate parties for review, filtering/editing and/or additional input before routing. With guidance from Supervisor and/or members of the account team, requests/collects and appropriately files the resources needed to service project scopes. Learns, follows, and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
