Product Leader

Looking for a Product Leader to take ownership of the company-level strategy for member engagement, defining the multi-year vision and roadmap for Subscription, Payments, and Insurance product lines. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, scaling impact by developing them into strong leaders. You will be the single point of accountability for your product vertical's performance, relentlessly driving your team toward our two north stars: top-of-wallet behavior and direct deposit adoption. Execute through your team, guiding them to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to launch and iteration. This role also collaborates with peers in engineering, design, data, and marketing to ensure roadmaps align with company objectives.
