As Manager, QA Strategy & Expansion, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to bring structured QA systems into new, complex parts of the business. This is a structured generalist role, ideal for someone who excels at driving clarity, building programs from scratch, and working across technical and non-technical teams.
You’ll guide initiatives from strategy through implementation—defining new metrics, launching scalable systems, and helping shape the future of QA at DoorDash. You’ll also influence the QA tech roadmap to ensure we’re investing in the right tools and infrastructure for scale.
You’ll lead strategic initiatives to expand QA systems into new areas like Fraud, Integrity, and Risk. You will bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders and driving execution end-to-end. Build systems, workflows, and documentation that make new QA capabilities measurable, actionable, and sustainable.
