Job Description
The Platform Service – Early Life Team is responsible for the Small and Medium Business clients at Awin. The Early Life team’s daily activities are the planning, development and implementation of projects and processes which drive the ramp-up phase including consultancy calls and delivering paid Add-Ons. You will support new clients in the initial phase of working with us (3 months) and them get off to a successful start in affiliate marketing. You play an important role in projects within the team and across teams to establish new and efficient workflows and reports. You will also monitor the customer portfolio in order to track significant customer developments and initiate appropriate measures if targets are not met to work towards target team KPIs.
