For our further mission and growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (w/m/d) for our teams in the DACH region, with a focus on personnel development. You work closely with our specialist departments and also have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and actively shape our personnel development.
You offer strategic advice to management and teams on all HR-related issues, including employee management, team development, and labor law. You will support organizational development and change processes, analyze the impact of new structures on teams, and develop accompanying measures. You will also develop and manage employee development strategies and programs, manage training, and optimize performance evaluation processes. You will also develop and implement measures to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
