Role Overview:
- Serve as a travel consultant for corporate clients, handling both routine and complex travel arrangements.
- Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
- Prior experience in business travel or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Location & Schedule:
- Fully remote within the UK, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm (37.5 hours/week).
- Our Traveler Care team operates 24/7, but this role follows standard business hours unless covering night shifts.
